Computing:
The computing facilities feature a 64 node Beowolf cluster operated with LINUX for advanced image
processing algorithms, servers and networking for the entire Center, and various individual PC’s and
dedicated processors for acquiring and analyzing image data. The new Biocomputing Core has been
developed in concert with Dr Nathan Baker which should augment capabilities in the analysis, storage,
and connectivity functions.
